Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Department Head to join our team. The successful candidate will provide academic leadership, oversee curriculum development, and ensure educational excellence across our English language programs.
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary: 60,000 THB per month
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities :
Curriculum Leadership: Oversee design and implementation of English curriculum across IP and IEP programs, ensuring coherence and alignment with school goals
Teacher Development: Conduct observations, provide feedback, mentor teachers, and deliver targeted professional development
Assessment Management: Design assessment systems, analyze learning data, and lead initiatives to improve English proficiency
Stakeholder Communication: Represent the English Department at school events, handle academic concerns, and facilitate communication between teachers, parents and leadership
Program Administration: Coordinate scheduling, resources, and staffing while maintaining curriculum documentation and supporting recruitment
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field
(Master’s preferred) - Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in an international school environment
Previous leadership experience in curriculum development or department management - Strong understanding of language acquisition and ESL teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with differentiated instruction and student-centered approaches
